Thank you for using www.klaritta.co.uk.  Klaritta (online jewellery shop) offers to sell wide rage quality products at reasonable prices.

1. Terminology

"Company","We", "Us","Site" -  refers to company Klaritta registered at 19 Coultons Avenue, Sutton in Ashfield, Nottinghamshire, NG17 2GN;

"Buyer","Customer","You"-  refers to person or company that purchased the goods from Klaritta;

"Goods" - refers to items purchased from the site.

"RM" - refers to Royal Mail.


2. Payment 

Currently we offer couple methods of payment: paypal, bank's transfer, postal order, cheque. Also cash on collection can be considered if the buyer prior inform us about it. The company accepts only one full payment within maximum 7 days from purchasing items. If there are no signs of payment within this time and there is no comunication with the buyer Klaritta has the right to cancel the order.


3. Delivery 

The buyer is responsible for making sure that shipping address is correct. The company offers free worldwide delivery no matter how many items you order. The items are posted the same day or next if order is made after 11am (delivery via Royal Mail - 1st class).In case of cheques and e-cheques the time of dispatch depends on cheqeus clearance. Please note we never send the items before clearing payment. The estimated time for delivery for the UK buyer normally takes 1-3 working days, however sometimes happens that RM has some delays and delivery may take longer up to 10 working days. For overseas buyers time of delivery varies from 5 to 30 working days. Please note that the company has no impact on RM and can not take the responsibility for RM delays. 


4. Cancellation of orders:

The buyer has the right cancel the order within 7 working days.


5. Returns 

If for any reason you are unhappy with your item/items you have the right to return them and get the refund. Inform us via e-mail or the return form provided on the site within 7 working days from receiving the item and send the item back to us in the same condition you received it. Please, be aware that the buyer is responsible for covering the shipping cost to the seller. We will give a full refund for the item/items unless value of them is over £15. In that case we will refund you only 90% of price of the returning goods. If the return item is on the promotion please note that we only return the price which really paid for it. Additionally if the promotion is connected with free gift over particular amount (e.g. free pair of earrings for order over £20) we can still return part of the order, however you also have to return free gift if your order after refund does not meet minimal amount conditions.


6. Packaging

Please note that you bought exactly what on the picture and in the description. Most of our item are packed in clear transparent bags unless some gifts include the high quality box in price. All orders are dispatched in padded envelopes.   


7. Confidentiality 

We understand that privacy is very important to you and we will not give, share or sell any information about you to any other party.


8. Availability of items

If the buyer purchase the items which is out of stock or not available anymore the company will inform the customer about the situation in the e-mail and return the money.

9. Cookies




Whether the cart block is ‘’ expanded’’ or ‘’collapsed’’.


Whether the ‘’Terms of service’’ checkbox has been ticked ( 1 if it has and 0 if it hasn’t)


The Blowfish checksum used to determine whether the cookie has been modified by a third party. The customer will be logged out and the cookie deleted if the checksum doesn’t match.


The first name of the customer.

The date and time the cookie was created (in YYYY-MM-DD HH:MM:SS format)


The email address that the customer used to log in.


The ID of the current cart displayed in the cart block.

The MD5 hash of the_COOKIE_KEY_in config/settings.inc.php and the password the customer used to log in.


The IDs of recently viewed products as a comma-separated list.


Cookie needed to collect statistics about users.
